 OTHER FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS:

Q. Should I allow pets in my home?

A. You can designate that pets are not permitted in your home. However many families have pets and excluding them would reduce the number of potential renters for your home. If you do allow  pets a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet will be collected and paid directly to you. You can also restrict pet type and pet size if you desire.

Q. What is tenant damage vs. normal wear and tear?

A. Our lease is very strict and clear about a tenants responsibility for cleaning and returning your home in its original condition with the exception of "normal wear and tear." Normal wear and tear includes things such as faded paint on a wall, small holes in a wall, and the normal aging of carpet & curtains. Large or excessive holes in walls, dirty appliances & bathtubs, rips in carpet, animal stains on floors, and damaged appliances are NOT normal wear and tear.

Q. What if a tenant damages my home?

A. In most cases tenants will be responsible for making repairs resulting from their negligence or abuse. A security deposit is collected to help guard against damage, and to assure full and faithful performance of the terms of the lease agreement.
